Project Overview
The problem:
This popular bakery has to constantly turn away regular customers.
The goal:
Improve the retention of regular customers by having them purchase their items.
User Personas
Based off interviews with 5 individuals I was able to create the following two personas that well represent the potential users on the app.

Building off the user personas, I explored the journey of the typical user through the app.

After sharing the app with 5 users, all users were able to complete the process of reserving items. However, user had comments regarding the homepage.

Accessibly Considerations
The app includes text associated with icons and images so that users with a screen reader are able to navigate the app.
Contrast between text and icon color is WCAG 2 AA Compliant according to an online analysis.
Next Steps
Adding Functionality
Work on additional screens for scheduling booking in advance.
With the homepage revision, I explored a rounder order button that seems more friendly for the users.
